Simply place and pay for your order online before 2pm (Monday-Friday) and we’ll ship your order as soon as we can. Our dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Peak times we might dispatch orders daily. 

No items are dispatched during weekends and bank holidays. If you order on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday, your order will dispatched the following Monday. If you order on a bank holiday, your order will dispatched the next working day.

We are very pleased to offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland addresses, on orders totalling over £55 after all discounts. The option will be available on orders whose basket total is more than £55. Orders that are less than £55 in value will be charged a shipping rate selected at checkout.

If you have a query about an order you have not received yet please email us on . In the extremely rare event of a parcel going missing or being delayed due to errors with Royal Mail or couriers, we will do our best to track down your parcel, we want you to get your order!

During festive and celebratory periods, such as Christmas, you may face delays in receiving your order, as courier networks tend to get very busy. 

Shipping time is usually 1-3 days from dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for postage times once dispatched.

Royal mail strike delays

Royal mail will not accept any claims for delayed parcels during the workers strike period. Please plan ahead and expect delays during the strike days. We are doing our best to dispatch the orders as soon as we can and use suitable couriers and we will not  refund any delayed order during this period. 

Due to unprecedented Royal mail strikes and courier delays we will not consider a parcel lost after less than 60 days from the date of order dispatch.

We may contact you if the shipping details provided are incorrect or if you have been charged the wrong amount, this could result in a delay in you receiving your order.

Returns & exchanges


You have 14 days from delivery to return items in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You must still accept our delivery even if you want to return or there will be a pickup charge which our courier charges us which will be deducted off the order amount and charged back to you.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any colour tint, scent or design variation is to be expected as these are handmade products using natural ingredients that will vary from batch to batch.

We will not accept a return if a candle comes in a different shade of yellow or if you do not consider that a candle, soap or other product does not smell how you expected or it came in darker/lighter shade than in the photos.  
Since we buy beeswax from a variety of different local beekeepers, there may be some variation in the colour of the beeswax. Beeswax colour varies depending on the type of pollen that the bees are foraging, the season, etc. Colours will range from gold/yellow to even darker shades of orange or beige. Beeswax is naturally aromatic from the honey and floral nectar that’s found in the honeycomb. — some beeswax smelling stronger than others - this is, again, contingent on what the bees are pollenating. we let nature decide the smell.  We hand-pour all of the candles ourselves! Since they are handmade, expect there to be some variation from candles shown in the pictures. Locally sourced, these delicious natural honey-scented candles are unique and make a beautiful addition to your home.

Beeswax Shrinks! The sizes provided in the listings are the mold sizes. The actual candle might vary as some candles shrink when they cool down, depending on the beeswax and the room temperature when poured. 

Burning times are not guaranteed We will give you the most accurate average burning times after several burn tests made on every batch of wax. We do not guarantee the burning times will be the same as it will depend on the burning conditions, wick trimming, room temperature and more.

The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.

Order cancellation

Any orders placed in ‘error’ will also be subjected to the same cancellation fee to cover our transaction costs.

Incorrect Address provided

If the incorrect address has been provided and the parcel returns to us we will only ship the parcel once the redelivery fee has been paid. 


The following items can't be returned :
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom orders (beeswax wraps cut to size) 

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • items made to order ( grubby, dripped, coloured and Halloween candles)

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BEE Zero Waste is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please note since Brexit if you are ordering from outside the UK you may have to pay customs / duty charges. We can not be held responsible for these. Any parcels returned to us from not paying these will have the postage paid deducted and a £10 admin fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
