Shipping Information
Your order will be dispatched using the following methods:
- Royal Mail – Tracked 24 (Priority)
- Royal Mail – Tracked 48 (Not available during peak times)
- Larger orders: UPS/DPD/Evri
Standard Shipping Rates:
- Royal Mail 24
- Royal Mail 48 (Unavailable during peak times)
- Free Shipping for orders over £65
Place and pay for your order online before 2pm (Monday-Friday), and we aim to dispatch as soon as possible. Our standard dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, during peak times we may dispatch orders daily.
Please Note:
- No dispatch during weekends and bank holidays.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or during weekends are dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders placed on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses for orders totaling over £65 after discounts.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the total price of goods ordered. The final shipping price is provided at checkout.
Peak Times: During peak times, such as Christmas and other festive periods, expect potential delays due to busy courier networks.
Shipping Time: Typically, shipping takes 1-3 days from dispatch. We are not responsible for postage times once dispatched.
Royal Mail Strike Delays:
- No claims for delayed parcels during Royal Mail strike periods.
- Expect delays; we will use suitable couriers but will not refund delayed orders in this period.
- Parcels are not considered lost until 60 days from dispatch due to strike and courier delays.
International Shipments: Available, with shipping rates selected at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges:
- 14 days from delivery to return items in original condition and packaging.
- Initiate a return by contacting info@beezerowaste.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues:
- Report any defects, damages, or wrong items immediately for resolution.
- Expect variation in color, scent, or design due to natural ingredients in handmade products.
Product Descriptions:
- We are not healthcare professionals; descriptions pertain to specific ingredients only.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders placed in error are subject to cancellation fees.
Incorrect Address:
- Redelivery fee required if an incorrect address is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders, sale items, gift cards, and made-to-order items.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes.
- Delays due to customs are not our responsibility.
- Orders from outside the UK may incur customs/duty charges post-Brexit.
Refunds:
- Processed upon inspection of the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
